Believe it or not, yesterday we had a SNOW DAY!!!
As a native Louisianan, I can tell you that this does NOT happen often–I’m talking once every 5-10 years!
My kids were pumped to get the day off from school, and they were up at 5 a.m. to watch those big, beautiful snowflakes fall from the sky!
Here’s the view of the front of our house at around 10 a.m…
…and the view of our backyard from the balcony!
Aside from frolicking in the snow, I’m looking forward to spending some quality time this weekend with the kids decorating the house and maybe even doing a few crafts.
While looking for some fun and simple ideas, I stumbled upon a few easy crafts you can do with paint chips!
If you know me then you know this is definitely speaking my love language!
Below are a few of my favorite ideas…
